An inimitable exterior decorative film for Airlines.
AIR DOLOMITI recently customized one of their EMBRAER 195 for their 25th Anniversary in collaboration with ADHETEC.
Designed by a talented Italian artist, Mr Serafino Rudari, this vibrant livery inspired by Michel Angelo’s fresco had for objective to celebrate this special year with Art.
ADHETEC was selected by AIR DOLOMITI to manufacture and install the decals, introducing our specific ADHECAL 13880® technology adapted to their challenging requirements.
Three main features of our solution were essential in their choice to go for the 13380® film :
- Durable & resistant film that would last for the entire duration of their project
- Easy to remove at the end of the project
- High quality printing and finish
Our ADHECAL 13880® was developed by our R&D department with our customers to be as resistant as painting and to meet these three commitments.
For an enhanced graphical finish, the Airline selected our in-house clearcoat option.
The ADHECAL 13880® was delivered with an aeronautical clearcoat layer, delivering an inimitable and outstanding visual effect.
The livery looks like it was painted directly on the fuselage by the artist. A simple edge sealant was required during the installation.
Three of our operators were required to install the decoration in Verona (ITALY), during a night stop of the aircraft.
The project was totally in line with the customer expectations, and this was made possible thanks to a close coordination between our technical departments, and our strong experience in the management of similar livery projects.
